Where we come from
P&L Consulting Group is a strategic advisory and decision intelligence group founded in Nairobi and operating across eight African markets.
Since 2013, we have advised boards and chief executives through capital raises, policy disputes, institutional change and reputational crises. Our work spans aviation, banking, telecommunications, mining, healthcare, consumer markets and development finance, combining global standards with a precise understanding of African operating environments.
